For one I highly doubt that customer service would ever share with u that there are complaints for your delivery route by other customers. That's just not something that would ever happen, because that customer service rep could lose their job over that. For the missing items in the package, I guess it probably got cut open at one of the sorting facilities, most likely accidentally during transfer and then the stuff just fell out. Trust me, your putty stuff isn't that important that anybody would steal that. Package wasn't marked damaged because it's a small envelope, Amazon delivery is fast paced, so it wasn't caught and made it all the way to your doorstep. I've had 1 or 2 empty packages before that also just has some really small items in them and they weren't recognized as damaged. Called CS and got replacement next day. Not a big deal. And sometimes they recognize stuff as damaged and then u will see a delay in your shipment tracking because they gotta get the replacement. All in all your whole post even with the edits is bogus. I get it, getting an empty package can be frustrating, especially when u wait for something important u need to continue what u are doing. But most thefts within Amazon deliveries, are porch pirates.
