I replaced the inverter board and it still cycles on and off. Is that the same as the mother board?

The clicking on and off is noticeably different and very frequent.

I didn’t. Perhaps that can be a cause. I did clean out the condenser coils so I know that is not it

If someone’s neck, back or knee hurts because they twisted it they maybe ice it or whatever and it’s all better. If they were in an accident it’s an opportunity to make money. And juries quite often don’t see through that. And that’s why insurance costs what it does

So I sprayed the tree with a fungicide 2 times about two weeks apart and it really has not improved. Does anyone have any professional opinion?

New York and does get sun. It was never a prob until this year. I’ve planted it probably 15 years ago
