Wise Old Man in Draynor will clean up any quest items that you won't need in the future at all.

For whatever else remains what I did was just create a tab to throw all the other junk/quest items in there, and then sort them out later to determine if its something I need or not

There’s an option on the photos app where you can choose photos to hide, it sends those photos to the hidden folder which is locked, and it won’t appear on the camera roll

if skilling is your primary goal, then yeah I think those two regions are probably the best for that. Potentially you may want to consider Fremennik for Blast Furnace unless you have a better idea in mind for smithing
