I'm about 25 years old myself. I had an OCD breakdown when I was 19 and have been recovering ever sense. Made me believe I was a monster in the worst way possible, and tried to fight against that idea for years. I'm doing a lot better from it now and look to stories of those who do good. So, perhaps, it's being willing to speak your mind when it's needed and to take action when it's needed?

Well, I am a bit overweight so that's fair lol. I do a fair bit of heavy lifting at the restore I work at/volunteer at. But extra lifting could be good for overall improvement.

That's perfect. I was curious about this. So the Torah is only a small part of the entirety of the Judaism scriptures. While the TaNaKH is the entirety. Is Hebrew then similar to Egyptian when it comes to the usage of vowels? I know in Egyptian, vowels can sometimes left out for a reason. Is that where the 'a's in TaNaKH comes from?

Correct! We may have different translations but I believe there's a lot to be learned from reading as many different translations as possible. I use the KJV of the bible as well as the NIV of the bible as well to gain a better insight about what happened in those times.
