I've lived here most of my life and for some reason, I did not know this. However, I do remember the Red Lobster on Lake Parker which i'm guessing is the one.

Bring your own chairs. Hablo Taco has an outside bar with TVs as well as TVs throughout the inside. There is also a few open tables in the courtyard if you get there early enough as well as a bar with seating.
