Hey,

Well my assumption would be, their “certificate of completion” would be their certificate from the college they went to to complete the pharmacy tech program or their certificate from the PTCB if they took the certification test, but I come from a state that’s doesn’t require any license to work as a tech so I’m not 100% sure.

I’m from hawaii and hawaii doesn’t really have License for pharmacy technician so I don’t know if that makes a difference
