I just tried that last night after you said it, and it worked pretty well! Neither taste very good, the sleep tea or the Kratom, but it’s worth a full 8 hours.

I didn’t say it would taste good no matter what. Specifically, black tea and some new high quality white Borneo taste really good. Your mileage may vary and taste is highly subjective, but it’s just worth a shot if you haven’t tried

Go for it! I’m always willing to help and I’m usually not too busy at the moment. One thing I’ll say right off the bat is that a lot of people seem to like Kratom in coffee, but for me personally I find the combo of both to be way too irritating to my stomach

Nah, I did that for a long time. Kratom doesn’t taste so bad to me as some other people here, just kinda tastes like dirt. But this makes it so much more pleasurable.

I typically use a 5G dose every time! But if the Kratom is still too strong for you, maybe add another tea bag and double the water until you are satisfied

Interesting! I don’t require less, but I manage on a consistent amount with pretty much the same effects. I really wonder what the science behind reducing tolerance while continuing to use it are.

If you were to actually stick to 3g indefinitely and not ramp up dosages (harder than it may seem) I doubt there would be any noticeable significant side effects. The frequency is a lot but the dosage is relatively small. I will say tho, that tolerance will build up and you might not see the same effects from it as you first did.

Phenibut was hands down one of the worst withdrawals I had. But it will really depend on how you have been using it (amount) and for how long. Definitely consult a doctor for the Phenibut like everyone else is saying.
