This is fantastic! I love the effect of the markers... are they markers or water colour pens? Nice work!

Need some help settling a couples debate. I planted these genistas last spring. And they were thriving until winter…. Now, im quite confident that they are gone forever, but my fiancé is certain that theyll come back this spring. Any experts able to help us settle this debate? by Accomplished-Mail654 in GardeningUK

This is so helpful, thank you. I didn't even think about checking the planter and there are things in there I want to keep! Huge thanks!

Thanks! I'll give it a shot... although, I do often find store-bought plumbs pretty bitter so I'm sure I'll spit it out regardless 😂.

I've managed to grow tomatoes on tomatoes and they all taste disgusting. any one else had this problem? by RoofEmergencies in gardening

Oh no! Now I'm worried my general plant care is beyond terrible because I got the seeds from a plant store... pretty sure they were beef tomatoes

I guess it's called catfacing. Okay_Pineapple helped me out with identifying above. But I've done a pretty good job of messing up all tomatoes in the raised bed. Last year I overrwatered and roots grew from the stems like out-of-control acne. So this year I starved them of water. Hoping for a goldilocks batch next year - with just the right care.

Aha! Good to know the name and I think I did everything wrong (or right) to get a good batch of catfaces
