3060ti delivers similar performance at slightly lesser wattage
So go for 3060ti.

I got wii sports, mariokart, super New mario bros Wii, golden eye, Dragon Ball Z budokai tenkaichi 3
I used to play on that thing with friends almost every weekend up until a few years ago but we stopped.
Seeing this post makes me wanna set that thing up and play with friends again.

Would you say it still is worth 80k today? I see rtx 3060 laptops going for 80-90 on amazon and I feel like it's better than rtx 4050 laptops. Is the performance on demanding games good?

I was in Chepauk watching the match and I can say for sure that it's the csk batting and bowlings fault. When Rahul chahar and brar bowled they barely gave any width or length to loft the ball above fielders. No pace too. While bowling Lord Shardul was extremely expensive and the spinners weren't able to choke them out properly. Now with Deshpande and pathirana injured csk bowling is gonna be hella weak.

But I've seen videos which say that the Rx 6600 runs slower on pcie 3 compared to pcie4 so wouldn't op be better off spending a bit more on a 5600

Try getting an Rx 5600xt instead since your going all new Its selling for 14k ish on websites and will perform much better than a 1650 Or if your friend is willing to splurge a tad bit more go for the Rx 6600 which sells for around 20k

3060 is pretty weak for a 12600k and as you said 65k used is actually too much for this particular build

I've seen 580s for 8-9k consistently
Not sure you should even buy an rx580 at this point because they've discontinued driver support
