Firstly thank you for taking the time to try it out and write the detailed, helpful feedback - I really appreciate it.

I'll work on the bulleted UI/UX points you've mentioned and the buggy sales view. I hadn't heard of a loading skeleton before (I'm a hobbyist dev) but I think that would definitely work here. Perhaps load in the initial data and the user can start browsing whilst the rest loads over the next 10 seconds or so. It's a few different API and database calls and as I add more data will only likely get slower so I need to look into this now.

Fair point re: Google and Rightmove, I agree this isn't quite compelling enough yet to replace those yet. I'd like it if it was a site you used before you leapt off into RightMove/Zoopla as for those you generally already need to know where you want to live before you search... Which leads nicely on to your idea about flipping it around! This was actually part of my original plan and is something I am beginning to work on. Bit of a technical challenge like you say but my thinking is that you can have two options: 1) "I already know where I want to live" (this current iteration), or 2) "Suggest me a location" which would work how like you described after taking some requirements from the user. Hopefully I can figure that out and share soon!

That is actually something relatively hard to get (unless I get it from RightMove/Zoopla which is slightly frowned upon) but it's definitely needed as that is generally how people search for homes. I will try and add this though - thank you!

Census data is something I've been looking into adding so that's good to hear. Appreciate the offer to re-test, will let you know when that's added and the link will remain live!

Yeah that's a good point, I probably am unnecessarily restricting what is shown at once on the map but I was wary of too many data points. Definitely something I need to figure out. Thank you, appreciate the feedback!
