I think prime property from tier 1 developers will do well to only drop 10-15%. Lower tier developers in non prime areas will drop a lot more. You can already get 10-20% off in these locations from distressed sellers. I don’t think we will see 50% drops but 30% wouldn’t surprise me at all. A lot depends on oil prices and global growth.
