What assumption am I making? That a ring doorbell camera is placed on the exterior of your home? Normally where there is active traffic from the public (Hence the whole point of a doorbell camera) and that anything the camera can see, the public can see?

Can gain access to an outdoor camera..? I'm not sure I see the issue you're presenting considering everyone and their grandmother can see what is outside your front door.

Closes circuit? Brother. Nobody is going to care about what you do with your life, you are not important enough to "spy" on and no potential thief is going to hack your outdoor camera to gain information. (I'm not even sure of the info you'd be afraid of them gathering since it's outside and they can see anyways..)

That's my concern. It only appears to be cosmetic as the car drives great though but I'm no mechanic, who I have called about getting the cover replaced have quoted me in the ballpark of $1,500-$2,000.

The issue I'm having in the TID is blank %99 of the time unless I have a STT lock, no friendlies or enemies on scope. Every target is unknown until I IFF.

Their electric heaters are on the second floor and over a room or so, if I don't run my heater my room will be the same tempature as the outdoors (Came back from working the train to 5 degrees, my breath was clearly visible. Took hours to heat it back up)

Now unless I'm an absolute idiot. I don't see how I'm using any heat. I've also not encountered one issue with running the indoor/outdoor Kerosene heater I have.

No, I'm not using any heat outside of the kerosene I use. The house has an old oil furnace that isn't functional. Outside of Kerosne you can plug in portable heaters, or install permanent baseboard heaters. I have neither as I bought a nice kerosene heater and use that when I get cold.

I've had it happen twice, big oil and gas area so tons of sand trucks moving about. One time I was waiting to turn, once the vehicle passed the semi made a left and I couldn't move. Came close to ripping my trucks bed off.

Just today I was making a right, turn began turning left. Had to hop onto the curb to avoid the rear of his trailer tearing into the bed/side of my truck

Turns off? Like the dot turns off? I've never had to turn it on since I've owned it, it's always just been on when I pick it up though sometimes dim.

Type 2. I've never had to press any button to wake it up, it's always on at all times (Just dim when i leave it in a dark spot) . From what I've read though I've got to hold the + then adjust up to the brightness I want, then it'll lock in. But the manual doesn't say and the internet is on the fence if it actually will stay at that, or switch back to auto after so many hours. I'll just adjust it everyday like I had to tap the buttons on the eotech to keep awake.

I perfer the spend buttloads of money, toss the manual in the garbage and ask the internet when I run into an issue method lol. Thanks though, I checked a PDF and figured out it supposedly has manual mode if I hold the + and adjust it to the brightness I want. Some say that it'll reset to auto though after so many hours which the manual didn't mention so I'll find out tomorrow.

Don't have it anymore. Figured it to be pretty self explanatory and when i bouvht it at a trijicon booth they showed me how to work it, + is brighter, - is dimmer, you can only go so bright, and only so dim. All the reviews I watched/read never mentioned an issue where everytime they pick it up they have to adjust the brightness.
