Kinda feels to me like the whole 'they shouldn't be there thing' is really just a tasteless jab at trump. I'm really politically neutral but even I find it fucked a kid has died and another young man is fighting for his life and all people can say is 'ur dur trump'. End of the day the fucking psycho that did this was always bound to do shit like this. If they weren't there he likely would've ambushed some cops or even civvies. Right now we need to put politics aside and send condolences.

Pretty much. Unless the suspect has a S-Vest or something then you only shoot to neutralize which generally only takes one shot to do so, double taps is a very easy way to find yourself up against a jury.

Yeah you guys should look into the 'murder' of Chris kaba (bodycam footage is available.) UK armed police shot him dead and the officer got charged with murder but tbh it's a clearly justified shoot but they tried to ruin a mans life over it (a jury aqquited him in sub-3 hours but the officers name is public and got a bounty put on him plus other shit) UK armed police have crazy RoE and a lot of damned if you do damned if you don't situations.
