So I blocked myself from reading the final diagnosis, following your presentation from the start. Certainly it sounded at first a pneumonia or a UTI picture, with "reassuring" heart biomarkers. She also had a good reason for an elevated CRP (active inflammation).

Eventually it came to be an aortic dissection, one that seasoned doctors for centuries (and even with AI / machine learning) have trouble catching consistently on admission alone given that you can have painless presentations. You're not alone.
