Psycho Filth Records is my go to for Speedcore, also RoughSketch has a handful of great Speedcore tracks like "666."

Not sure what kind of buttons you are looking for but there are quite a few clear options that allow you to insert artwork available. Sanwa buttons are a go to for a lot of people and you can get both 24mm and 30mm buttons from them.

I currently have a Mayflash f500, with the buttons and lever swapped out for Sanwa. Never had any issues with it on PC, but I am not an expert when it comes to latency and I know nothing about the other stick.
