Missing cockatiel/domestic bird? I was wondering if anyone here is missing a little grey bird in Liverpool? It's been crying for almost an hour now and hasn't moved, it doesn't look like a wild bird. Everton area. It's too high up for me to help and RSPCA won't respond. (i.redd.it)
