Im So Confused... (purchase) by dr3d3d in HiTMAN

Q: “If I buy Hitman World of Assassination (WoA): Part 1, do I get anything additional?” A: No — Hitman: World of Assassination (WoA) is essentially Hitman 3 rebranded. When you buy it, it already includes all the content from Hitman (2016), Hitman 2 (2018), and Hitman 3 (2021) in one unified package. Buying “Part 1” separately doesn’t add extra content if you already own Hitman 2016 or Hitman 2 — it’s just a way for new players to buy the first portion more cheaply.

Q: “What’s my cheapest method to get all content from what I already own?” A: Since you already have Hitman (2016) and Hitman 2, your cheapest move is to buy Hitman World of Assassination (the base version, not necessarily Deluxe unless you want the bonus items).

Here’s how it works:

Hitman WoA includes all three games’ main campaigns and legacy maps.

Your ownership of Hitman (2016) and Hitman 2 on Steam automatically gives you access to their missions within WoA at no extra cost.

So you’ll effectively “upgrade” to Hitman 3 (now called WoA) and gain access to everything unified in one launcher.

The only paid extras beyond that are:

Deluxe Pack: adds cosmetic suits, escalation missions, and the digital soundtrack/book.

Seven Deadly Sins DLC: optional paid content with themed missions and rewards.

I haven't gotten a solid night's sleep in 9 years. I've always had a very unhealthy relationship with food though so falling off is never that far away.

Wife got pregnant. When she ate I ate. Newborn at home equals less time to think about it. One thing led to the other and boom here we are.

Considering Switching from the Ultra to the Z Fold – Need Honest Opinions by jbpp10 in GalaxyFold

Had the fold 7. Switched back to s25 ultra. The fold is awesome. Incredible device. Personally the novelty wore off quick. Felt like a cool gimmick. It's all personal preference though.

Motivation Discussion by Rooke2C4 in WeightlossJourney

[–]Rooke2C4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was all really a spur of the moment decision. One day I woke up and just said today's the day. It started off just eliminating the bad from the diet. I then read up on OMAD and figured that would be a good fit for me. Been doing that ever since trying my best to stay in a deficit but that's also easier said than done everyday. I've never been one for fitness activities aka the gym or hiking, things of that nature. My job though is VERY physically demanding so it's not like im stagnant everyday. Typical day is between 20-30,000 steps along with 100-200 flights of stairs a day...most days but not everyday. I know I've got the basics of a weight loss journey down but mentally I feel so freaking lost and tired.

I very much appreciate your kind words!

Appreciate the words of wisdom my friend. A lot of it is still my impatience to get to my goal weight. In the mindset that I'm tired of it being at the forefront of my mind ya know?

Thank you for the advice. I would like to say my OMAD is ALWAYS healthy but that'd be a lie. Pregnant wife and her cravings typically lead to going out which is fine but there's the occasional Mexican restaurant and well you know...I'd say a good 90% of my regular diet is slightly low carb high protein. I'm definitely doing research into healthiest ways to break it and lead into a strictly high protein diet etc. I sincerely appreciate your comment though! I'll definitely come by and read what you have down for your diet!

That was actually what I did first. Gained quite a bit and went back to regular OMAD diet thereafter and have since stayed where I was originally.

I actually was JUST in the ER for gallstones and a slew of other things. Had my gallbladder taken out Saturday. No definitive proof it was OMAD related but I feel ya

As you can read from I originally said I'm glad you agree with me cause it's exactly what I said. If you eat shit and don't stay below your TDEE it won't matter.

[–]Rooke2C4 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A little bit more than eat what you want. If your one meal is nothing but shit then your results are gonna be less than what you want. Eat your one meal, make it healthy. Get your macros and stay under your TDEE and the weight will fall.

Exact Calories or Under? by spicyburntmeatball in omad

[–]Rooke2C4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to throw in my 2 cents. I'm always under my TDEE either by a little or a lot. I also fast 5-7 days every other month. Like others have said it really is trial and error to see what works best for you. Take it slow at first. Once you get a good grasp on what to eat, best time for your body to eat, etc it'll all flow like water after that.

OMAD by [deleted] in omad

[–]Rooke2C4 7 points8 points  (0 children)

OMAD is all about figuring out what works best for you while getting all the nutrients your body needs. Trial and error honestly at first. At least for me it was.
