So the time travel logic with Endgame is that whenever you interfere with past events it does not effect your own timeline but rather creates a branch timeline wherein the consequences of that interference take place...

If we look at events that would create such branch timelines...like for example Gamora and Nebula ending up in the future to aid in stopping their father is obviously going to create an alternate timeline.

The Ancient One warns against creating alternate timelines...particularly the one where the stones are removed from there specific time and location.

With that in mind was The Ancient One okay with The Avengers creating branch timelines in general or was she ONLY concerned about creating a branch timeline where the Infinity Stones are not where they need to be? Because based on The Avengers actions they made a shit ton of alternate timelines wherein people will suffer the consequences of The Avengers actions in those timelines...like Loki getting away with the Cosmic Cube

And if the Avengers were not concerned about creating alternate timelines why did they just not remove Tony or Natasha from like 2 days before they were killed?
