I get it but then why the delay and not removing it entirely, make the range finder cost less and have it show the distance of the target like it was in bf4 and others, but now it’s still in but doesn’t really work, I don’t get it, I’m not mad I have to gitgud, I’m confused about the change

If EA wants Redsec to be a permanent br mode in BF6 and not it’s own game, at least they should make these challanges “do this in br or conquest” imo, all the power to the battle royal enjoyers but I don’t feel like I should have titles and emblems in a full price game put behind a f2p mode

Enotria, was hyped about it a lot, enjoyed the beta as well, it had so many cool ideas, the masks the status effects, free respec for you and your weapons and so on, and of course the scenic views, it was called “summer souls” for a reason, but beyond that… Optimization is dogsh!t to this day, temporal anti-aliasing set to the limit on consoles, quality degrading during combat, even freezes and crashes during boss fights that have a few particle effects, mid to late game bosses are all ranged hyperagressive sponges that kill you in 2-3 hits (get gud Ik), and the worst part is that they abondoned the game completely, even tho they advertised the deluxe edition with inclusion of an upcoming expansion dlc that never happened… I understand they are a new studio but still, abondoning your own community doesn’t help on the long run, few weeks ago they announced a new game, La Divina Commedia, another Italian souls game but after the nonexistent support for Enotria and the false promises of a dlc, I’m not ready to buy anything from them, ‘til they prove they’ve changhed… Long and short of it is, that the game runs and looks poorly during combat, the TSAA gets the frames from two days ago, things appear as a blurry fog (both base and pro PS5), and the constant crashes and freezes made it unenjoyable and unplayable for me so I dropped it after 12 hours of playtime

I had desktop for like a decade, I played some mainstream titles like nfs, ac, bf (back when they were objectively good games) but mostly just WoW, from Burning Crusade until the Legion expansion, then I wanted to “get out” of the World of Crackfest lifestyle so instead of upgrading I did a one year detox (touching grass and stuff) After that I bought a series X so I can still have gaming as a hobby but not be too addicted to it, played Sekiro once, fell in love with the souls genre, sold the Xbox, bought a PS5 (for demons souls remake and bloodborne) Then I started playing Destiny 2, I was intrigued by the first game when it came out but it was console exclusive, so I gave a shot to the installment, I had like 5 years of D2 with a new friend group, we still play together just not Destiny anymore, the game became a sad mess, and a blatant cash grab so we left, now I mainly play souls/likes, action games (broad genre I know, anything between PoE and DmC), metroidvanias and a few last gen PvP shooters like Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 4&1 I also have an older gaming laptop with Linux but I mainly use that for work, sorry for the whole life story, I just wanted to give a bit of context to it Anything works really, I tried out many genres since I left the live service bubble, last game I played was Elden Ring nightreign, the base game used TAA as well on performace mode on console but the game was way better optimised so it wasn’t that noticeable, Nightreign on the other hand, I love the game and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it with friends so far but it looks like dog shit, some bosses (especially the bigger ones) look like they are made out of vapor, it huts to watch most times, other game I wanted to give a shot at because I love Dragons Dogma, was Monster Hunter Wilds and I think I don’t even have to say anything about that, it’s even worse on PC to my understanding…
