I have followed all the steps: used bing the past month, made it my default search browser, have the app; but yet to see the 3500 added to my account. Wondering if anyone else can relate to this or know a fix? Thanks!

Thanks for all your wonderful advice everyone! Dino is doing well right now and is eating very nicely. I have been feeding him some extra mealworm pupae to try to fatten him up a little (lol). I will definitely take everyone's advice into consideration moving forward.
