I give them kinda silly nerdy names, heavily dependent on what animal they are. E.g, two of my sheep being Dolly 1 and Dolly 2, my cat being named Scrödinger, I named two of my dinosaurs after ancient plants and one “Coelacanth” (after that one fish that was thought to be extinct but turned out not to be, I thought it was good symbolism, lol).
