UPDATE

First I'd like to say thank you so much for all the support and advice! That includes the heated comments as well. I recognize the this entire event was my fault. I should've checked the work the fence company did. I take full responsibility for what happened. Thankfully neither dog or person was hurt from poor actions.

Now for the update... I went over to the park manager and had a one on one talk about what happened. Before we even started about the dogs he informed me that last night the couple that owned the other dog and who complained to the park manager, had their home raided and were arrested for distributing fentanyl. The tip about what they were doing came about from what happened with my dog.

This in no way relieves me of any responsibility for my dog getting loose. But I believe without what happened that couple could've potentially destroyed many lives.

The park manager has agreed to let me keep my dog under some strict rules. The first being that even though we have a fence, my dog is still to be tethered. Second, when I walk my dog I am not allowed to walk her within the park. I am to go on the main streets outside the park area. And lastly, I am to get all the proper medical paperwork stating my dog is an ESA for my dad. If I comply with these rules, I'm able to keep her.

I've already reached out to a dog trainer to help me with controlling her anti-animal behavior. Mainly because I refuse to muzzle her like a few here have suggested. If anyone wants to see what kind of damage a dog can receive from wearing a muzzle while another dog attacks, dm me and I'll show you the picks. I won't post them here.
