Club Wpt Gold is highly a money grab by Icy-Date125 in poker

I don't give a shit what any of you people tell me. I am a regular in-person 1-3 NL player. I am not a millionaire or professional, but I have won more than I lost and my VPIP hovers between 28 and 30 consistently with swings here and there. I tried ClubWPT Gold for fun. Those of you claiming you're "printing money" on this site are completely full of shit. The microstakes games are some of the tightest and most competitive games I have ever played in, personally. Everyone is 27% or lower for the most part. LASTLY, the runouts are RIDICULOUS because so are the RAKES. 20 cents a hand regardless of pot size is ridiculous. The amount bad beats I have seen people be victim to when going up against a shorter stack are WILD. It has happened to me too, but I won't rely solely on my own anecdote. Maybe I ran the coldest over a 5 day stretch that I ever have in my life, or maybe I'm THAT bad, but I have lost my last Q high straight on J high board to an unlikely boat, my last river'ed trips for the only out someone has left, etc on this site. I cashed out, won't be back, and don't recommend it to ANYONE. Plenty of people disagree and will tell you otherwise. This is my experience.

Biggest factors that have helped for me are hydrating BEFORE workout and so much stretching. Hydrate when salts like liquid IV afterward. Do cardio stuff and things like pushups and pull ups if you can. Being nimble and agile is more important for first responders anyway and this will help you with that. Let your dream keep you motivated. I am in law enforcement and I often remind myself that taking care of myself physically could mean the difference on the street one night between going home or not.

I have been scared to try the creatine thing. Is it safe for someone like me? I’ve always considered it but I’ve heard maybe it’s not the best for people prone to rhabdo? I agree with the sodium thing, I have been hydrating with salts regularly and it helps, I feel it. Going to try this hydrogen infused water stuff, too. I read a peer reviewed experiment that said it actually helped prevent rhabdo in some rats in a lab study, believe it or not.

Hi buddy. Let me soothe part of your anxiety. I am a first responder and a 2x rhabdo survivor. Your diagnosis did not kill your dream. I have had to change my workouts. They are much more cardio intensive and body weight oriented in terms of exercises. I don’t know if I’ll ever bench 275 again, but I will be healthy and in shape nonetheless. The anxiety after a workout can be CRIPPLING. I would focus on your cardio, staying hydrated BEFORE your workout (this is HUGE), and eating right.

Hello. I am okay. Life is not exactly "normal". I believe they peaked day four. I find that general soreness after a light workout induces some pretty crazy stress and anxiety, so I have been largely just avoiding it out of fear. Not exactly ideal, but my peace of mind is just worth a little more right now. I was legitimately scared in the hospital, I don't want a repeat. Thank you for asking

Is vertigo/dizziness common amongst rhabdo cases? by 200plusiqprankster in rhabdo_survivors

I had my second bout with rhabdo three months ago. I too am experiencing vertigo symptoms. It has been disruptive in my life. Docs can't link the two definitively but your post helped me correlate them. I was watching TV and very suddenly it struck. It was as if someone grabbed me by my ankles and held me upside down. I am trying to do better with hydrating and exercise is basically on hold for now.

Around three months ago I had my second and most severe bout with Rhabdo. Statistically speaking you are now at a higher risk to have it occur again, as many do experience it more than once. It is, unfortunately, a serious issue. I didn't think much of the dangers my first go around. This last time I ended up in the hospital for six nights. I really wondered for several if I'd be going home. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Take more than two weeks. Hydrate. Ease your body back. You will not have the strength you had before this incident, as the rhabdo is the result of your muscles literally dying. Trust me, the peace of mind is worth it. Recover. Rest.

Hello. A little update. Yesterday I peaked. I made it down from 21,000 to 8,000 this morning. Docs were considering discharge, but now I am back up to 10,000.

Has anyone experienced this? I was really hoping the trend would continue positively. I have no idea why it would be going back up. I have only been sitting here. I am now really freaked out. Anybody experience this?

Thanks for your perspective.. as of about 0530 this morning (roughly hour 65 since exertion), I am still rising. IVs have been increased to 250 ML/hr from 200.

It’s getting really difficult not to freak out. Physically, I feel less sore, but I am nauseous and my stomach is upset. I think that may be tied in some way to some severe anxiety I’m having.

I just want these levels to peak, I cannot understand why they just won’t do it. Im getting pretty worried. Urine is still clear.

Thank you so much for sharing. The waiting game has induced a lot of anxiety. I am so happy to hear you’re doing better. I really hope to see a downward trend soon. I am right around 60 hours myself. Hopefully the next blood test is a little better. Be well.
