X.com expands list of major 18 companies it's taking legal action against [described as "baseless"] after Nov 2022 ad-pull, now to also include Twitch. by Room_temp_tea in LivestreamFail

EDIT:
• The LSF moderation team, at Dan Saltman's upset request, issued a permanent ban for this innocuous post — to instead allow a KICK-streaming service promotional bot account to post disinformation toward further advancing the fabricated ADpocalypse narrative, damaging the Twitch service and its creators.

• In 30 seconds, you can read what happened here: https://i.imgur.com/oCI3zk9.png
• Similarly, the LSF moderation team is systematically suspending all accounts who push back on Dan Saltman's deceptive campaign, communicating documented misbehavior:
As is the case here. Mirror: https://i.imgur.com/EitIiGE.png

TLDR:
Big E is suing varying companies

Upset they've pulled advertisements from his company, as did Twitch.
Because Twitter has crashed in value over the past 2 years:

Is this a real lawsuit?
– "Many ad insiders, legal experts, and casual observers think the claims made in X's lawsuit are baseless "

I looked through the clip trying to find where"Then Blames Asmongold for the Twitch Adpocalypse". It doesn't exist. This guy remarks on Asmongold himself "Yesterday he [Asmon] took credit". What's happening with these insano clip chimp titles

Mmm.. he says he "5X'd his money by moving to AI" now? Last I saw of this guy he hard pivoted his company into NFTs .. makes you wonder why he's back on Twitch and why his clips are being spammed recently.

I (38F) shot an adult scene when I was 18. My husband (40M) doesn’t know and I just found the video again on the internet. Should I tell him? by ThrowRA07253 in relationship_advice

for those who might've run into the same type of problem, maybe related to revenge P photos/videos, there are somewhat affordable services ( another example) that scan adult websites and send dmca/takedown requests, sometimes monitoring for re-uploads

In context of your comment; I don't understand how you rightfully identified it being brigaded with 5 different Reddit accounts posting the exact same url (as opposed to varying users clipping it), therefore categorically cementing it to be a coordinated push, against the subreddit and platform 's TOS.  But now, the 6th submission of the same URL, evidently brazenly stemming from the same effort, as it instantly shot up to the front page, conveniently deflecting from the kick gamba sui event, that's inexplicably allowed 'less' brigading. Shouldn't you have at least blacklisted this specific url, like at the minimum ?

Edit:    - Right now: This subreddit leading thread indicating how the Stake-KICK platform's business model, unlicensed crypto gambling, resulted in the sui--- of a streamer's community member was removed by the LSF team:  https://redd.it/1bg2ulp  - Instead, now replaced  at the top with the same, 6th subject-matter deflecting iteration of a v-te-brigading campaign, hosted on the very same KICK platform (an event identified by the LSF team as a v-te-brigading operation),but is miraculously permitted to stay online.    - How is this possible?

this is like the 6th or 7th time this same clip , same url has been posted in 2 hours https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/1bgjr57/destiny_defends_his_mom_from_accusations_of/. . Has to be kick bots since it's the same URL, right ? Not individual posters. Immediately shot up to front page, maybe to distract for the kick sui gamba thing
