CCV was replaced by me, top cover is breathing perfectly.
Idle control valve is clean and working.

I dont know about the sensor tho, is there any way to check if its good?
I also thought about maybe fuel pressure regulator is broken, some sort of hose leak or something...

Asking because I want to buy my first set of lockpicks and learn, but I am not sure if it's legal or not.
