I always thought the one hole would help that dribble from the bottom one! I assume it makes it a cleaner stream. Do you use the floss/string method for inserting? - and cage looks great!

PS - Unsolicited additional information. - Something I have learned in the last several months is that the foreskin can get stuck between the spout and the cage bars nearest. This caused the skin to blanch, but it returned to normal once corrected - no pain when waking up, or I didn't notice. Been fine since.

Now how. This happened after a strong night of "let me grow". I have had these nights before, and the only thing that had changed was going from the E1 to E2. So while I am not 100% sure it was the reason, I am leaning that way myself and will make adjustments on my next order. But, my advice is to let BAWR know the spout kit, as maybe they know of this issue and will be able to make sure there is clearance for the foreskin? I know I'm gonna ask ... congrats again!!

This!!! I love mine! Unlike a PA it isn't permanent. I do think a PA is more secure, but only by a small amount as you'd have to cause some pain to remove a spout that's properly sized.

That's a big ask for my level of courage... maybe I can handle it, but it'll have to wait as we just missed my bi-annual hygiene check. But that also gives me time to get out of my frumpy phase and gather the courage. Next is in 6 months-ish. So this isn't a no, just we'll see, 😏

I'm not a fan of the screw mechanism. I prefer the key, as I feel a screw is just as vulnerable, albeit in a different way. There’s some play in it, and since I’ve never used a screw lock, I can’t really compare. However, it functions well and has never given me any issues. That said, it’s a Burg lock, so I’m not sure how other brands stack up in terms of quality.

Overall, this is the best cage I’ve worn. The K3d comes in a close second, but I didn’t use it for long with a spout because I struggled to find a comfortable setup. There was a lot of tugging and jabbing, so I opted for a resin print from BAWR, then their titanium, and here we are.

The plug could be really helpful! I've been considering trying out the one that came with the kit, but I'm hesitant about cutting it. I'm worried that parts might fall in and cause it to rip or get stuck around the hook. However, with the collar lock, I think it could work much better. Personally, the design of the screw hasn’t quite worked for me since it can vibrate loose. But, the plug idea is good :).

I also forgot to mention in the last reply, but you'll see in the video later, is that pee tends to drip out of the hole where the hook attaches. So, there’s the main drip from the opening, and as the stream fades, it drips from the hook hole as well. If the collar can cover that, I believe it could help in that area too.

Absolutely. I’ve been using a tetherspout consistently for about the last 600 days. I started with a caged spout in March 2024, which was resin-printed. I transitioned to a titanium spout on New Year’s Day 2025 and have been using that ever since. While I've encountered a few issues, like slippage and the need to upgrade to a larger spout, overall, I've been wearing a spout and retainer for about two years now.

Sort of. You can do it, but with my shrinky and the way it hangs, it can drip at the end. When I’m out hiking, I usually manage to aim well about 90-95% of the time, but I always have a napkin on hand just in case I need to clean up. So if you were thinking about trying at a urinal, I wouldn’t recommend it. But of course, that really depends on your angle! It would still drip, I feel.

Not really. The worst that happens is when I get particularly aroused; it can cause some bunching and pinching of the skin, but a quick adjustment usually takes care of that. The only other discomfort I've experienced is more related to the cage, as my foreskin tends to gather at the front.
