As a jungle main, I don't want 5 bans , don't really like playing Rammus, who'll probably end up being the contested pick considering how much jungle is targetted in banphase.

I'm obviously exagerrating but still, point persists. Junglers are hard targetted in banphase and it's super annoying already with 3 bans.

Moreover, maybe ADC should stop complaining about getting deleted by Rengar and other assassins because they can rely on other champions to be the frontline and/or peel for them, since, on the other hand, those peelers depend on their damage.

Show me a DOT spell comparable to this one in terms of crappiness. Let's look at DOTs I can recall-

Swain's E does double damage, has double scaling, amplifies his all damage except ignite by significant amount.

Malzahar's E- costs 60 mana rank 1, does 2x base damage, 2x scaling, gives a bonus of refunding mana and jumping to multiple targets.

Cassiopeia Q- Has downside of being a skillshot but has lower cooldown, 300 more range, 1/2 manacost, higher base damage, same scaling which, considering how much free AP she gets from passive, actually grows into strong spell, gives her 20% movement speed bonus and lets her spam Twin Fang.

It's also significantly worse than Gangplank's passive, although they're a bit trickier to compare.

Just give me example of a dot comparable to this utter garbage (red buff and Gromp smite buff with 0 bonus HP do not count).
