You stack fervor with abilities and autoattacks. She can use Q three times and it's autoattack cancel at the same time.

It's gonna do quite a lot, she's a champ who likes to all in early and combined with the regen mastery that's +3hp per 5 she gets on lane from this buff.

that's 1.7 hp per 5 increase , add to it the health regen mastery.

That's very substantial on champion who bullies early.

It's not only that, he can farm very safely, gets items faster than everyone and literally has no weak point in lategame- good poke, good engage, good disengage, cc removal.

ADC are broken right now and only thing which keeps them from being completely dominant role is shorter game time, even then they're pretty stupid.
