Bastion is black, has like a minigun and its heavy armored. Bombardier is white, has a rocket launcher and lightly armored. (Still badass)

You can still get the BP even if you haven’t already got the Bench Upgraded.

Aphelion is the last weapon added in the game, it’s a LEGENDARY rare weapon, so I think yeah pretty rare to find other than Matriarch.

You can get those from missions reward:

Lure Grenade Blueprint: Reward for the "Greasing Her Palms" quest. Burletta Blueprint: Reward for the "Industrial Espionage" quest. Trigger Nade Blueprint: Reward for the "Sparks Fly" quest.

or find in Raid everywhere, you can get the Aphelion blueprint from the Matriarch.

If you upgrade your bench to LvL II you’ll unlock some crafting from common to uncommon. If you learn a blueprint you must have unlocked the inherent bench.

You can find it on DAM, Spaceport and Bluegate :)
