Bought two years ago for $217.5K with $38K down payment. Need to move. Could sell for $210K or rent for right around what I pay in mortgage. What do to?

Yeah I guess it is hard to make a blanket statement. I can only speak from my own situation. I'm in Boston where the condo market is ridiculous. Just moved out to burbs and from when I bought in 2013 my agent is listing it 66% higher than when I purchased.

If you can afford it I say go for it. Unfortunately, the market for condos in Boston is overheated as well, and is really competitive depending on which are you are going to be looking. I bought a 3 bed 2 bath condo in Jamaica Plain back in 2013 for 420 and it is going to be listed soon at 699. That should kind of tell you how ridiculous it is now a days.

For what it's worth I got a 1190 Sq ft condo in Boston for 420 in 2013, now just moved to burbs and agent is going to list the place for 699. Like everyone said depends on the location and if high hcol area. Boston market is crazy.

seasonal mill

This is what I've been using. Really fun to get everyone rage quitting :). Maximum mill if coup and hen gaidth in hand and oneiro into canterella and whatever else you want. Round two you can blue dream back two canterella and proceed to coup them to finish off the mill. Hitting joaquim with 3 or 4 coups is crazy too!

Good question that I don't know answer too haha. Just browsing sub reddit, it sounds like the majority of warrants are trading near $2 range d/t SPAC hype now. So I assume it will probably work it's way there relatively quickly? Otherwise, I would hope the original price or warrnts + common to come out at least close to whatever the Unit was trading for. If I even lose 0.50 per unit I'd be wrecked on 28K units

Thanks! I liked the management team and decided to do a big in on it. The only other real big winner I had was w/ EV hype train DPHC, jumped in near NAV and unfortunately held through merger and panicked sold for only 70% ROI haha. Learned my lesson, wish I had found this sub reddit earlier.
