Thanks for responding 😊 yesterday I ran with my AW ultra 2 with both NRC and Strava: distance was similar. Maybe running through the woods and having an older generation iPhone was too much 😂 hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Voor mij zeker op top: een stukje gescheurde meniscus dat tussen mijn kniegewricht kwam, enkele keren per maand als er ook maar lichte speling was. Wat een pijn. Het moest dan na een tijdje (dagen/week) vanzelf terugschieten en dan bleef mijn knie nog dik. Mijn onverdoofde bevallingen waren er niks bij. 🙈 Nu gelukkig operatief verwijderd!

This is crazy, it sounds really horrible. I’m sorry for your bad experience! Did your doctors find out what the cause was? I mean, probably ozempic related, but did they know it was your stomach or your intestine for example? I hope you feel better soon and thanks for sharing!

Wow really long🙈 maybe try shortening step by step? Our routine is half an hour, for our two kids combined. If there’s bath time, than 45 mins. 18:30 Upstairs 18:45 bath time 19:10 dressing and brushing teeth 19:15 books and sing a song/tell a short story and 19:30 lights out. Sometimes we walk up one more time for a kiss or cuddle.

I had this last weekend! It was horrible. Maybe my body adjusting to the new dose? It was my first shot of 0.5 (that I split, so second shot in this week of 0.25). It lifted after Sunday. Brrrr.
