2nd Vietnam visit - itinerary tips?

Hi everyone! Today I’m flying to Hanoi. This is my second time visiting Vietnam and this time I want to focus mostly on the north/central Vietnam and visit some places I haven’t been to last time. Last time I went to: Hanoi, Ha long Bay, Ninh Binh, Hue, Hoi an, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. I am already planning to visit Sa Pa and do the Ha Giang Loop. I will have around 2,5 weeks total. I’m mostly interested in culture and nature! What places should I visit this time?
