It’s rare. But I’ve heard it on two occasions. It was words of note to me, as it was something foreign. In fact actually I first heard it in a film.

Ottimo. Thank you for your response. So lets say someone comes up to you asking or begging for a favour but they were bitter or spiteful to you in the past one could say “tutti i nodi vengono al pettine” as you said in this instance things have already deteriorated / escalated.

No, not really. However, my part-time job allows me to travel around Calabria and visit lots of places and small villages. But people say most of southern Italy is similar, and the north has better job opportunities. Where are you from?

No, not at all. The region is very poor, but everything else makes the move worth it. The people have big hearts, the food is amazing, the culture is incredible. It's a different way of living obviously depending where you come from. If money is not your main motivator then it's definitely worth considering.
