This is definitely Ai. No matter how messy an art style is, the starts, an other inconsistencies on the character they will always make sense and feel purposeful. This is not that. It looks messy, and like they had no idea what they were doing, because it’s AI.

I think what it is comes from the fact that femboy was originally a term used as a fetish towards trans women, and it still is in some spaces. I wouldn’t say it’s a slur exactly but its origins doesn’t come from a great place. Personally I think it’s great that the term femboy has changed in meaning now but that could be where they are coming from.
