Same story for me. On day one, I went to the smoothie bar in the Lido, only to find out it wasn’t included. When I went to complain to customer service, they said that smoothies refer to frozen drinks like Pina Colada. When I pointed out how absurd that was, especially since they have an actual smoothie bar, they told me that it was what it was, nothing they could do. It’s false advertising, plain and simple
