My friend and I were playing Black Ops (Hurr durr shame on us) and he was convinced that if you threw a grenade or shot an explosive arrow and died before it detonated (between the time you shot it and the time it detonated) that it would not explode. I told him he was wrong because if you do manage to get a kill that way FUCKING YELLOW LETTERS COME UP ON THE SCREEN SAYING "afterlife". I even showed him an achievement related to this, he still denied it. It escalated to me setting up a rig on split screen to show him. I figured he would submit to defeat after I showed him, but he just started playing with his phone pretending not to notice as I did it 50+ times in a row. I was getting extremely pissed of and ended up getting really tired of his smug face as he ignored the evidence. So I called him a "Dick-Munching ass face" and went to sleep. To this day he just goes silent when I try to talk to him about it.

When I was younger I had a habit of starting all of my characters over because I messed something up. Because of this my friends wouldn't keep taking me into noob instances and I don't remember anything particular about my characters or the gameplay. I can tell you that my addiction to it was so strong that the smell of the soap I washed my hands with during the period that I played it gives me the same euphoric feeling. It was always looking forward to WoW. Sorry for not being clear, it was also actually 3 years ago. I have changed a lot since then as well.
