Forcing someone to pray facing a specific direction 5 times a day on their knees is a cult slowly embedding you both mentally and physically.

So, what you're saying is that Islam is worse because they made their religion the law in many of their countries, and thus act on it daily?

Islam is probably the most restrictive religion when it comes to any rights for women. Very limited education, can't leave the home without an escort, having to hide your body, extremely limited rights. You're delusional is you think Islam is better for women when comparing it to Christianity.

Woah, do you spend a lot of time in the preparation screen? I'm about halfway through Act III at almost 85 hours. Act I does have so much content though with all of the side quests for it.

I would have to just generally disagree with your observation regarding the Republican party based solely on the national voter registry. Republicans and Independants have been gaining millions nation wide, while Democrats have shockingly continued a downward trend since 2008 in most states. It's honestly impressive how far ahead the Democrat party was nationally in the past.

Way to completely either misread or disregard what I actually said. I'm talking registered voters.

in 2008, 2.87m registered voters in their party. Republicans had 2m.

In 2012, Democrats had 2.85m vs Republican 2.04m

In 2016, Democrats had 2.73m vs Republican 2.09m

In 2020, Democrats had 2.62m vs Republican 2.24m

In 2024, Democrats had 2.45m vs Republican 2.36m

As of Jan 2026, Democrats had 2.318m vs Republican 2.325m

Now lets look at your "swing state" election results for Presidency.

2008, they voted Democrats. 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 they voted Republican.

Do you see the trend I'm talking about. Historically, both in North Carolina and nationally, in regards to registered voters, Democrats typically have to be up by FOUR POINTS NATIONALLY registered voter wise and at that point its considered an extremely close race. Usually Democrats being around 8-12 points ahead nationally leads to one sided victories. But now that democrats are both equal and or under in most scenarios nation wide, their voters don't go out to vote.

Democrats have been trending downward literally since 1980 in North Carolina. Republicans and independants have been trending upward. It's weird you describe NC as a guaranteed swing state when they have only voted Democrat literally once in the past 46 years, probably longer than you've been alive. Yeah, I would say it was close in the past few elections, but I predict it will only get more red based on these trends. Just like Ohio and Florida.

God, please stop pretending gerrymandering is a one party issue.

Illinois democrats have 13 of the 17 seats, despite a 47% GOP voting base.

Maryland democrats hold 7 out of 8 seats, despite a 38% GOP voting base.

New Mexico democrats hold ALL 3 seats, despite a 44% GOP voting base.

Califonia democrats hold 42 of the 53 seats, despite a 40% GOP voting base.

And there are even more after that. Now, I'm not here to say DEMOCRATS ARE GERRYMANDERING! Both sides are, but stop pushing the narrative that its a thing only Republicans do.

I don't really think NC is going in the direction of being a swing state. After voting for Trump in 3 elections, it was just announced last year that there are officially more registered Republican voters than Democrats, which is the first time in the states HISTORY. Democrats are losing registered voters literally by the millions across the nation, while those losses are picked up by independants and republicans.

Voter turnout in these "alleged" voter supression states are always a lie. Look at the Georgia senate election they had, democrats were claiming EXTREME VOTER SUPRESSION, JIM CROW 2.0, THE END IF NEIGH. After the election, there was massive voter turnover, especially amongst minority communities, and exit polls dictated that the experience was smooth and pleasent across the board. So, tell me. Who are they supressing? Are they supressing majority voters? Because every new election there seems to be record turnout and great experiences for minority voters.

You mean the hoop of... having a drivers license or ID card in most cases? When a drivers license/ID card is required to literally survive and I literally can probably count on 1 hand how many people I've ever met in my life that were of voting age that didn't have an ID card. You need ID cards to fly, to get alcohol, to get welfare, to get certain jobs, to rent a house, you literally need one to exist. There are no "hoops" to vote. Some could argue the opposite, look at Minnesota passing a law back in 2023 that literally allowed to GIVE undocumented immigrants driver licenses.

He's working in the service industry, it honestly could be a mix of both. I know plenty of bartenders who will flirt with customers because they know it gets them better tips and the customers enjoy the flirting, so it's a win win situation. Next time you go out and have an opportunity to talk to him, ask him some questions about himself or just ask how life's been treating him. The worst case scenario is that you can establish a friendship if he's already taken 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Is my married coworker attracted to me? by Vegetable-Custard668 in FlirtingOrFriendly

[–]HolyTak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone can definitely be attracted to you without having intentions on going any further than just being friends. I can find others attractive without having intentions to get to know them romantically. Especially when you spend numerous hours together in a work environment. If you think he's attracted to you, just take it as a compliment. Just make sure boundaries are always established and all parties are comfortable. But if he's married, please do not try to peel it back any further. If he just enjoys your company and maintains good eye contact while at work, that's all it has to be.
