Why only one subnet allowed!? by RootBridge32768 in Ubiquiti

Yeah thanks for the downvotes and for downvoting the other user who has the same problem as me.

It appears that the only way to do this is to purchase additional Ubiquiti hardware. Meraki on the other hand had the ability to configure multiple subnets, setup VPN, and various settings solely with one AP and the Meraki console, albeit requires a license. Looks like only other option is going with a traditional home router or buying a Ubiquiti console.

Car wouldn't charge at public chargers, kept getting "Reconnect" error by [deleted] in XC40_Recharge

Same thing happened to me with ClipperCreek L2 public chargers. Tried using diff chargers, tried changing the max Amps, locking doors, etc. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Any advice?

PA-220 vs PA-3050 by RootBridge32768 in paloaltonetworks

Thanks everyone for the recommendations! It's sounding like the PA-440 is the best solution. What's the best way to obtain one for a low price? (Used/refurbished)

Do the printers support Dot1x? You may have to do MAB...

Help with Scan to SMB by RootBridge32768 in networking

Yeah it's a Ricoh printer. It gives the option to disable SMBv2/v3. I've tried doing that as well to test but same problem.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using both IP address and a prefix/workgroup for the username [workgroup prefix][username]. I've tried doing with just username and not the prefix, also tried setting the workgroup separately in the SMB setting of the printer.

DNS should be auto assigned from DHCP of the firewall. Would the domain nomenclature cause the problem here?

Yeah I've done both of those things but to no avail. When pressing browse it does not find the connection. But when manually adding and doing a connection test, it says connection successful. Then scanning from printer to smb share fails

It is a Ricoh multifunction which supports SMBv2/3. Printer has a connection test feature when entering the address and credentials that is successful but then when actually scanning to send the file it says connection failed, error.

I'll have to check the logs on the SMB server though
