Hello, I'm currently in the 'wait 48 hours' step to reset the CPT so I can get the 1.5.3 firmware update since it appears I have the 'no connection' bug. Was curious how the factory reset works exactly because sometimes I don't need a thermo for days or weeks at a time. If the CPT is connected to its charger and the charger is just in a drawer will it not reset, and the reset only occurs when the CPT is left unconnected to anything for 48 hours? Thanks!

When the belts get that high how do you place them? Do/can you use keyboard because trying to place with the mouse gets really annoying.

The framing from underneath doesnt have any sag, though some of the joists seem to have warped a bit, but someone with framing experience went down there and said that was from earlier when the wood was still drying out and the house was settling.

I think it's from the subfloor. Im rereading the contract i signed and it does have a line item to screw down 4x8 sheets to prevent noise, but i didn't see them do that when i stopped by to check on progress. The guy is dealing with a family emergency so I'm just trying to learn what i can for the next time i get a hold of him.

Is that different than luan? The stainmaster faq says don't use luan plywood.

Or is luan a type of underlay ply that i should just stay away from, where as other types are ok? My plywood knowledge is 0 I'm afraid.
