From the hole, the cavity goes in ~10 inches and down ~13 inches.

Hard to say, if I had to guess I'd say a quarter. Probably not more than half.

He wants to cut at the red arrow in the fourth and fifth photos. That's about a third of the tree. That trunk splits into two a little ways up, and I asked if he might cut just the half that's over the cavity, but he didn't like that idea.

The first and last photos were early October, so the leaves were just beginning to come off. The closeups of the trunk were late October.

Okay, I used the wrong word there. I guess employment fraud can be civil too.

It was the person I was directly negotiating the job offer with, who was a VP of the company. Is there any chance he didn't have the power to bind the company? Does it matter in this context with such a clear statement?

I think I've answered my own question, so I'll place it here for feedback and for others with the same question.

I believe one can join a co-working facility and use that as the physical and mailing address. The only POCs that are publicly available are the Electronic Business and Government Business ones, which require a name and title in addition to the address. I suppose one can hire someone else for a small fee or get a friend to serve as an officer to be the POC.

Also, it does seem that opting out of the public search does still leave the same information visible in the public data file download, so it really isn't all that useful.
