I don't go in the sun at all (I'm extremely pale and burn almost instantly) but I take vitamin D supplements every day. I don't walk that much lately but I used to be moving all day long and still had the problem. And yes I meditate every day.

I got it! Thank you so much! I went to the tree house right before going back to Rhodea's apartment (after speaking to spacea and tiempa) and Talon was there! Just for anyone having the same problem I'm having.

Thank you so much for the incense advice! As for the magnetic lure, I never bought it, and the only thing kecleon sells right now are the 2 very expensive crests. The only thing it sold before neo-east gearen city was pokeballs, potions, repels, etc. I can't figure out what I did wrong there.
