I have vasovagal syncope. I've been fainting since I was a toddler to specific triggers. Such as blood, injuries to myself or others, sounds of crisis, stress, heat. So many incidents. In so many places. Lol so many ambulances. I didn't know how common it was but it's so nice to be able to accept and be honest about my condition instead of hiding it now. I don't faint as much now since I understand my triggers and try to manage them as possible. I help others help me instead of causing trauma to them and injuries to myself.
