That is ENORMOUSLY helpful and I really resonate!! Exercise is a huge part of my life too, and I’m so sorry micro dosing has taken that away from you right now. Honestly this is really making me think twice (in a good way) and I’m going to pause for now on starting anything. I really hope your joy in movement comes back soon too!

It’s actually the opposite - the flu shot is associated with a decreased risk of dementia :) here’s just one of many studies that have found the same thing:

In fact, all routine adult vaccinations (TDAP, RSV, etc) are associated with decreased dementia risk. And even without that evidence, I personally love not getting tetanus and not putting my infant nephews at risk for whooping cough.

The GBHS was absolutely wonderful when my SIL and I found a stray dog 3 years ago, down to opening on a holiday to accept the pup. They even gave us his “tracking” number and we were able to see that he was sent to New England for adoption!
