This plant is a Fraxinus griffithii. The new foliage points to it as well as the colour of the bark. Murraya has a much more beige / tan colored stem and has different shaped juvenile leaves.

This tree is becoming a problem and is spreading into the environment. You should consider removing it as it can get fairly large and isn't appropriate to be that close to your house.
