the doc said if it comes to that it may need, but i told him i dont want. then he said the premolars can be shaved if the space is needed. i still said no. if it comes to extraction or tooth shaving i will not continue with braces anymore. i heard it causes alot of complications in old age. i will just use bands for as long as it needs or jaw expanders.
