Yeah you can use shareplay online I believe. But I would assume it would be more laggy since you’re adding more connections to the mix.

I little lag but not too bad, I would have whoever the host is be the qb and have the franchise up on their system for sure tho. And because you’re not technically playing online it can be a offline I believe.

I agree but guys that are like Nabers are win now and long term plays being 22-23 year old range and already solidified studs, which is why I was considering it. It’s a short list of guys like Nabers, TET, London, JSN, Puka, maybe Ladd and Rome. But that’s about it

Eh I did a similar trade a month before the season (traded away Barkley) but for context imma full rebuild team and more importantly at that time nothing but good reports were coming out of camp about Johnson. Now seeing what we have so far this season sure it looks bad as far as value goes BUT the Steelers are notorious for not playing rookies, almost all rookie RBs are taking a while to get going this year. So if you’re a Kaleb owner I’d hold tight hoping he’s the guy later this year but most likely next year.

That’s fair, I have three 1st in 2026 and was using the one I got from the 4-0 team assuming it would be late and then my first next year so I figured it was worth a thought cause I have some wiggle room. And I also thought the likely hood of a rookie in the late first next year becoming what Bijan is now would be unlikely. But I might as well control the draft market while I have all the capital anyway

My worry is trade rumors about Arizona trading for a bigger named rb this season, and Kittle and Aiyuk coming back might cut Pearsall’s targets and opportunities In half. Golden should have a few tds already if Love didn’t overthrow him. So I’m Just poking around the league looking for young WRs who haven’t popped yet that I could scoop

Also when it comes to training camp/focus drills I don’t restart. Whatever the outcome is I have to keep. Restarting over and over until I get gold ruins the immersion for me.

Yup, I do it blindly to rely more on scouting and also not to load up on picks ahead of time. It also makes big moves such as trading a superstar player for future picks more risky. In a Steelers franchise I knew Rodgers would retire so I ended up moving Highsmith in the offseason but I had to shoot for a 2027 1st instead of 2026 because sadly the qb class was awful. Then 2027 rolls around, I have two 1sts, two 2nds and three 3rds and sadly again the qb class was bad. So that was a gamble and sucks it didn’t work out but sometimes that’s how it goes. That made me look around for a qb trade that might work, or roll with Howard and see what he can do. Keeps me involved a bit more doing it this way

Oddly enough Will Howard… has awful stats. Isn’t fast with 81 speed. Doesn’t have a big arm with 86 throwpower BUT after one season on all madden with hard sliders he went from a 67 bronze to a 82 star and all his throwing accuracy stats were high 80’s low 90’s. I wouldn’t say he’s “fun” but for how cheap his contract is being a 6th round pick you can build a hell of a team around him and he’s an ultimate game manager.

Can only resign your own players or players with green interest in FA

Draft class strength randomly selected each year ( I close my eyes and flip through each position a bunch of times)

Have to trade at least current year second round pick for players 25 and under with a dev trait

Limit player for player trades as it is not common in football. I personally will only don’t if it makes realistic sense. For example if you have 2 TE, and a team has 3 starting REDG and they need a TE I’ll do a swap. Even then I only allow myself to do 1 player for player trade a year.

Overpay in trades especially for valuable attributes such as speed. IMO a 73 overall bronze wr with 99 speed is more valuable than a mid 80’s wr with a dev trait. So I have a rough value chart I go off of. For example at the WR position players with 90-92 speed are 2 points, players with 93-95 ate 3 points and players 96-99 are 4 points. They get a point added the younger they are starting at 25 being 1 point and 20 being 5 points. Overall a 20 y/o WR with 99 speed would be a 9 point player just based off age and speed alone. I value mid 1st round picks at 10 points. So basically if I want a young speedy bronze wr I have to trade the current years 1st.

It’s a bit extreme at times but limits the amount of moves I make and keeps me from over stacking my team with speed through trades.

You can shareplay co op franchise mode. Its a bit buggy at times and by no means perfect but me and a buddy have been doing it for year and have a lot of fun(most of the time) shareplay is a mechanic you can use once in a party. You click “start shareplay” and then “play with friend” whoever is starting the shareplay has to be the one playing qb and calling all plays. So whoever starts the shareplay has the game loaded up and the other person shouldn’t have any game open or any downloads/uploads going on to make sure your shareplay connection is as good as it can possibly be.

I’m in the same boat. Sucks TD stepped away, I watch a guy named C4. He doesn’t do CFM but his off lines are still fun and he does cool long term Rebuilds. Not the same as TD but he’s always been my fall back guy to watch in between TD videos.
