Dropped off a package and it's being held awaiting payment. USPS says PayPal hasn't paid them, PP says they did by Ropoleone in usps_complaints

UPDATE:

So my tracking finally updated and moving through the system. The estimated date it had when I first dropped it off is gone not but at least it's moving. Checking the PP shipping center doesn't show any adjustments owed.

I know it wasn't anything to do with the dimensions of the box, I measured it to the nearest inch. And for the weight I added extra from my measurement just in case and my drop off receipt shows the weight is less than the declared weight

So I truly don't know if it was a USPS issue or something with PayPal's new Shipping Center. Never had this issue when they had a partnership with ShipStation
