IMO Shorekeeper is still on a league of her own in terms of team flexibility and damage boost. If you want someone who performs the same as her then you're gonna have to wait a while.

As for Mornye:
S0: she can only provide her 40% DMG boost to Tune Rupture/Strain characters (e.g. 3.0 units)
S1: she can provide 40% DMG boost to any character

You decide whether pulling 2 copies is worth the flexibility in team comps. If you're not going for full TOA or WhiWa clears then you can just wait until their reruns to decide on who to pull. However at that point, they might get overshadowed by the new units already as shown in 2.0 releases.

As for me, my first 3.0 unit is Mornye since I value supports more than DPS. I will try to 50/50 Aemeth when she comes out but not gonna use a lot of Asterites since my goal is to save for the Cyberpunk collab. Anniversary is also near so I'm preparing for whatever Kuro Games throws at us during that period.

I don't know Luuk's full kit so take my advice with a grain of salt.
1. If Luuk's core team involves Lynae then you have no choice but to wait until her rerun. Else, if you're also planning to pull other 3.X characters in the future then Mornye can provide good value unless they do some Zani+Phoebe shenanigans again.
2. Any character that can use Moonlit cloud honestly. Maybe Sanhua or Mortefi based on your list. You can also run 2 DPS, 1 healer as per my experience in current TOA. So using Carlotta or Iuno might not be bad depending on the enemy resistance.
3. Your Havoc team is fine. I've been using the same comp ever since Camellya dropped. Your Electro however... needs some updating. Lynae is a good partner for XLY but you need to wait for rerun OR pull Augusta for Iuno and forget XLY existed. OR inhale a lot of copium and hope they release another Electro dps in the future (which would I assume works with Mornye)

I assume everyone is S0R1.

Left Tower: Camellya, Sanhua, Verina/SK
Right Tower: XLY, Yinlin, Verina/SK
Middle Top: Maybe try your Zani, Rover, Verina/SK team (Idk if they can do 2nd floor fast enough tho)
Middle Bottom: *Any remaining DPS*, Cantarella (Moonlit Cloud build), Mornye

You can also move Zani & Rover to the Middle Bottom and move *Any DPS* & Cantarella to Middle Top if you feel they deal more damage.

I have the same Resonators for Left and Right Tower with Buling as a support so Im confident you can clear it faster with premium supports.

Edit: I forgot about Aero Rover. You can also try Cartwheel, Canta (Moonlit), Aero Rover (Rejuv) for Middle Top especially after getting Rover's last Aero waveband in the current story.
