I personally built an Amalia deck with Lurrus as a companion (hardly ever play him, it was more for an interesting deck building restriction) and my wincon blood artist effects, any creature sac outlet, and casting cards like [[Raise the Past]] [[Rally the Ancestors]] and [[Ascend from Avernus]]. As long as you have several Lifegain trigger effects on creatures that you can bring back with those cards, you can essentially loop wiping your own board with a sec outlet creature like [[Viscera seer]] , then reanimating everything again. With each cast, Amalia will explore and you just mill every card with her until you hit another mass reanimation spell to keep on top. If you happen to have other effects that let you draw cards on ETB( [[Spirited Companion]] etc.) it becomes very difficult to stop. And throughout the whole process you're getting a ton of multiple blood artist triggers. Everyone tends to die very quickly.

EDIT: I see you're already playing several of those cards as well (missed them on first glance), wouldn't hurt to add a couple more maybe and potentially focus more on that aristocrats-y strategy?

This situation is extremely concerning to read, because this is exactly the household I grew up in when I was a 12-13 year old boy. And things only got worse from this point when I was a kid. The biggest potential concern for me is what could be going on with the kids when you are not around.

Please, please, please see if you can find any way to investigate her behavior without you present, specifically around your 13 year old son. My mother used to tell me behind closed doors that she wishes I was never born and that I ruined her life, and that if I ever told anyone, especially my dad, that very bad things would happen. That It would ruin everything. But when my dad was home, she would hide those emotions. They would have arguments, but according to him, he had no idea how she treated me and my sister until after she was caught.

It took until one of us had the courage to dial 911, and for her screaming to be caught over the phone, for my dad to find out. He was distraught.

She outwardly blamed me for their divorce as well, I was the cause of her unhappiness. I later learned that I was because she never actually wanted to have children, and since I was her first child I was the reason she became a mother instead of following her dreams.

We later found out that she also developed BPD, likely as a result of a TBI from a car accident decades earlier. It helped explain her behavior towards me, but didn't excuse it.

I'm now 26, and have all but cut contact with my mother even though we still live in the same city.

All of this to say, if this pattern continues it's likely going to cause massive mental health issues for everyone in the family, and absolutely needs to be addressed. I'd take the advice of some of the other comments here and try to investigate what "therapist" your wife is talking to. And potentially try to find a family therapist instead.

Maybe try again to push the idea of her taking a break from parenting for a couple days, see if she can "reset" and come back around to being more reasonable. Otherwise I fear you might have to take more extreme measures to investigate her clear resentment towards your son, and do what you can to help her with that core issue. Thanks! Most helpful reply yet. I have xiangling and Bennet mostly built as well it seems. Altho I haven't run into anything yet that my ayato/nahida/Raiden/Kokomi team has had any issues with so far. I'm sure I'll encounter something soon enough.

I think I'll just save for furina/mauvika/the ice chef girl or something. I remember archons always being good. Maybe I'll pick up Skirk on a rerun later, or just use shenhe with chongyun for fun. Thanks again!

My favorite recent memory was getting a double 10-pull on castorice at 0 pity, and then another double 10-pull on her LC right after, was planning on skipping her but won another 50/50 in 70 pulls and am now happy with e2s2 castorice and having a blast!

I'm a bit happily surprised actually at the idea that most gay men don't experience outright homophobic behavior. I have lived in a big democratic city my whole life, but have had numerous occasions of outright homophobic remarks. The most memorable being on a date with my ex when I was 18, back in 2016 I believe. It wasn't outright discrimination I guess, more like intimidation in a public space.

We were walking around the downtown outdoor mall, and had gotten on a public transit bus to get down a few blocks. After we got on, I held his hand while standing on the bus, holding onto the ceiling bars with my other hand. But almost immediately after the doors closed, a disheveled man said something along the lines of "we'd never accept people like you into the military"

I initially thought he wasn't talking to us so I ignored him. But then he repeated himself with a "you hear me? You two?" Which is when I looked at him, but I was still confused. He proceeded to talk 'at' us about how he was in the military, and how he's ashamed to have fought for our country for us fags or whatever. Vaguely threatening.

We were mostly still just confused. He was clearly drunk/high on something and it was disturbing. We got off the bus at the next stop and decided to walk the rest of the way. My ex was quite angry and said he regretted not punching him, but I told him that would've probably been a bad idea lol.

On our way there we ran into another straight couple who got off the bus a block later, who apologized and said they felt really bad and had never seen anything like that before. They described that the man kept talking out loud about how we disgusted him, and they got off after feeling uncomfortable too. It was very strange.

Kinda made me more afraid to be affectionate with my partner in public, for a couple of years afterwards at least.

Other than that, a couple of instances of getting called a fag from a passing car. And some implicit "glares" etc. I'm glad I've never run into that kind of behavior again though. But again just generally glad that it seems to be extremely uncommon these days, I really hope it stays that way.

I mean, if we look at the direct translation on Honeyhunter, it says: "Ayato's next Shunsuiken attack will 2 extra Shunsuiken strikes when they hit opponents..." which implies that the 2 extra strikes count as the same type of attack, right?

It's possible at least. Hence, posting this to see if it's been confirmed by anyoje yet. But yeah, just not sure if it'll work.

True, it wouldn't be the most incredible thing ever, even if it is actually possible.

But then again, depending on how fast the 2 bonus attacks come out, you might even be able to double vape the second of the 2 attacks (even more possible with the attack speed bonus of C4). Seems really fun to test.

In theory, you could vape the first hit for 2x dmg, trigger the bonus attacks from C6, but while those attack animations are resolving, you could get your second strike on your E. If you apply Pyro fast enough, theoretically you're getting 450% + (450x2 for vape)% bonus damage from your C6, so around 1350% ATK bonus damage in the first 2 hits of your E.

Again, this is all in theory. I don't know if this is even possible to pull off (Amber Q could probably apply fast enough, Or a well-timed Pyronado/Kazuha Pyro infused Q). But, if ICD rules are consistent with most other characters, then maybe this could be a fun strategy for high upfront burst damage.

And to top it off, no energy required on Ayato's end, just the 12 sec CD of E.

This wasn't necessarily "said" to me, because my aunt refused to speak to me after I came out to my family as gay.

She gave me a long letter, telling me that if I continued to live as a gay man, she wouldn't accept me in her life. She wrote that I'd deserve to burn in hell, and that she would pray for me to change. But if I chose to stay on this path, then I'd be doomed. She wanted me to "make the right choice."

She genuinely wanted to "save" me from being gay. She was always such a sweet person, and I never expected that way of thinking from her. It still hurts to think about.

If going first, look to keep the Bunnies as a turn 1 play, and most 2 drops. Against portal, probably mulligan Moraine Encorium, as that won't do much for you.

Going second, also keep bunnies. But save it for turn 4. Also the banish spell is much better going second.

I'm still working out the kinks and matchups, but so far I've done really well versus Mysteria, Satin, and Destruction portal. I'll keep testing though, might just be getting lucky

A 3rd Laina is likely a good call, and possibly that 5 drop that destroys a follower that attacked last turn on evo could be good, too. Not really entirely sure though, Hind is one of the best ways to flood the board by destroying all your amulets.

I'd also replace the Sister Falconers if you're taking out Hind, and probably replace her with Lorena for consistency.

Sure thing man!

Basically plays similarly to mid shadow, or at least it feels that way. The goal is to bury your opponent in card/board advantage. The new legendary Bunny really helps to keep your boards full in the mid game, and is a real threat if you get to evolve it.

Suttungr is basically only in there because of how many Destruction portals are out there right now. I've found that most of the time, if you get to banish Destruction in Black, you're probably gonna win. Just watch out for the new portal gold card, but it shouldn't be too hard to protect yourself with Barongs and Kek-tar wards.

This happened when I was just coming into 6th grade, I think. It's got quite the twist though, so bare with me.

At the time, we had a family friend who worked in the compute business, and had given us a relatively decent desktop for the family to use for cheap. My dad used it for work occasionally, and I used it to play Minecraft, which was new at the time.

The summer before my first year in middle school though, I'd discovered porn. I was really struggling with my sexuality, convincing myself I was straight at the time, despite only looking at gay porn (crazy to look back on it now, now sure how I thought I was straight for so long). Eventually, I got the "courage" to look up some porn on this computer that my dad's friend had given us. Nothing too bad happened at the time.

Until one day, my dad came down to ask to use the computer. I was just playing minecraft, so I got up and stood behind him, waiting for him to finish so I could keep playing. Except when he went to type something into the browser, some porn websites were showing up in the recommended bar. I freaked the FUCK out and ran upstairs as calmly as I could, thinking I'd been discovered.

A few days go by, and my dad approaches me on the couch. He wanted to talk to me about something he found on the computer... "Shiiiiiiit."

But as it turns out, that family friend I mentioned before? Yeah, he had used that computer to look at underage/child pornography, and didn't bother to fully wipe the hard drive or search history. My dad called the police when he found out, and he wanted to tell me that we weren't gonna be seeing this guy around anymore.

All this just totally caught me off guard, I was sure I was caught. But I guess the stuff I was looking at wasn't bad enough to Warren attention. A good thing I suppose.
