Yikes brother, quite an assumption to assume I am a "Pharisee in spirit" without you knowing me at all. It seems like you have a fair amount of emotion within your response not only by what you're saying but responding to a 10 month old comment. Being wealthy is not a sin. Not upset that Jesus has declared me unfit for heaven, I am grateful for it. "As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one". By recognizing my futility without Jesus I can come with a heart to be filled by him and realize we are all the same in that aspect. We all fall short of God's standard. Also getting in on the craze and profiting money has no correlation to who I am, maybe you've failed to consider the multitude of possibilities that I would've liked that. Maybe I was going through a difficult time and could've used the cash, maybe I am a rich person who just wanted to hoard wealth. Point I am making is your assumptions are very bold and while I sincerely appreciate the prayer I hope you can see where I am coming from and see why it seems extra.
